Blueberries and Mango – the perfect summertime pair! This super food blend will give your post-workout fuel just the right amount of sweetness, plus a mega dose of vitamin C. This shake also has a spoonful of chia seeds for extra omega-3 and fiber.

Ingredients

  • 2 Scoops (60gms) Nude WPC protein powder 
  • 1 cup chilled unsweetened almond milk or coconut water
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen mango
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

How to make it:

Step 1:  Mix all ingredients in a high speed blender until thick and smooth
