
Fluffy Banana Protein Pancakes
These super fluffy Banana Protein Pancakes are a healthy low carb and high protein breakfast or snack with 5 simple ingredients that taste amazing!

Ingredients
- 2 (30g each) scoops Nude Whey Protein Powder
- 1 large very ripe banana or 2 small ripe bananas
- ⅛ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 eggs
How to make it:
Step 1: In two clean bowls, separate the eggs carefully so none of the yolk gets into the egg whites. Beat the egg whites on high for 2 minutes until they form soft peaks.
Step 2: Add all the remaining ingredients to a large bowl with the egg yolks and beat until smooth.
Step 3: Gently fold 1/2 of the egg white mixture into the banana mixture until roughly combined. Gently fold remaining eggs whites into the mixture and until the mixture is fluffy. Do not fold or stir too vigorously!
Step 4: Heat a non-stick pan low/medium heat and brush with butter.
Step 5: Scoop some of the mixture and pour onto the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Serve immediately with your favourite fresh toppings.
