- 2 Scoops (60gms) Nude Whey protein powder
- 2 medium ripe bananas
- 1 cup Oats
- Optional 4th ingredients: handful of crushed walnuts, sultanas, chocolate chips
How to make it:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 176º Celsius (350° Fahrenheit). Line a baking tray with backing paper and grease well.
Step 2. In a large bowl, mash bananas well with a fork
Step 3. Add protein powder and mix. If you're bananas are not very ripe, you may need to add a few drops of almond milk, milk or water to make your dough the right consistency.
Step 4. Mix in the oats and any other optional ingredients.
Step 5. Use a spoon to drop the dough on your backing sheet and lightly press down to flatten.
Step 6. Bake at 176º Celsius (350° Fahrenheit) for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown! If they are still a little mushy, bake for a little bit longer.
