Here is how to complete each fitness test:


Push Ups

 

Perform as many push ups as possible without stopping. If you modify the exercise by performing "kneeling push ups", simply make a note so you can accurately compare next time.


Chin Ups

 

Perform as many chin ups as possible without stopping. If you modify the load by using an assisted chin up machine, simply record what weight you used for reference next time.


1km Run

 

Perform the 1km run on a treadmill and aim to record your best time.


1km Row

 

Perform the 1km row on a rowing machine and aim to record your best time.


Flexibility

 

Perform the "toe touch" flexibility assessment and record if you can touch your toes or not.
