
Mini Protein Cheesecakes
These tasty cheesecakes are easy to make, packed with protein and seriously delicious!
If you love cheesecake but don't love feeling heavy and bloated afterwards, try these little bites of heaven with nearly 10 grams of protein per serve.






Ingredients
BASE
- 3/4 cup almond meal
- 1 Scoop (30gms) Nude protein powder, or for slow releasing protein overnight, you can also use Nude Whey
- 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp baking stevia
CHEESECAKE

- 250 gm cream cheese
- 250 gm cottage cheese
- 1tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 eggs
- 1 scoop (30grm) Nude protein
How to make it:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius
Step 2. Mix together all BASE ingredients in a bowl, then press into small cupcake liners (approx 12)
Step 3. Bake for 10 min, then let cool
Step 4. Beat together cream cheese, cottage cheese and eggs, then add all other filling ingredients and mix well.
Step 5. Add filling to cupcake holders and bake for 15 min
Let cool and then refrigerate until ready to eat. Garnish with your favourite healthy toppings and enjoy!
