Mixed Berry Chia Pudding

Packed with super nutritious Chia seeds and the powerful antioxidant properties of dark skinned berries, this is a healthy ‘any-time' dessert.

This can be made dairy free by substituting the milk for some coconut milk and the Nude WPX for the NUDE Pea protein.

Here's How

Ingredients

  • 2 Scoops (60gms) Nude WPX protein powder , or for slow releasing protein overnight, you can also use Nude Casein
  • 1 cup Mixed Berries (or any other fruit you might prefer)
  • 2 bananas, chopped and frozen
  • 1 can full-fat Milk or Coconut Milk
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds

How to make it:

Step 1:  Peel, chop and freeze the bananas overnight.

Step 2. Add the milk and the chia seeds, mix and leave in the fridge for 20 mons or overnight.

Step 3. Add the berries, banana and Nude WPX to a blender and process until creamy.

Step 4. Layer the chia pudding and berry mix in a jar and top with fresh berries.

Serve immediately or keep chilled in the fridge.
