Mixed Berry IceCream Bowl

This ‘ice cream' is packed with dark skinned super foods  – particularly with the addition of the Queen Garnet Plum powder which has 5x the antioxidant power of blueberries.

This is rich and creamy dessert that can be enjoyed anytime.

Prep Time: 10 Minutes (assuming frozen bananas and chilled chia seeds)

Here's How

Ingredients

  • 2 Scoops (60gms) Nude WPX protein powder , or for slow releasing protein overnight, you can also use Nude Casein
  • 1 cup Mixed Berries (or any other fruit you might prefer)
  • 2 bananas, 1 chopped and frozen, the other for garnish
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • Shredded Coconut / Goji Berries / Banana / Queen Garnet Plum Powder for topping

How to make it:

Step 1:  Peel, chop and freeze the bananas overnight.

Step 2. Add the berries, banana, chia seeds and Nude WPX to a blender and process until creamy.

Step 3. Place in a bowl

Step 4. Add your garnishes to the top.

Serve immediately or keep chilled in the fridge.
