Passionfruit Protein Mousse

This delicious passion fruit mousse is packed full of protein and healthy fats. With no added sugar, it makes for a healthy dessert or snack!

Prep Time: 10 Minutes (assuming frozen bananas and chilled coconut cream)

Total Time: 10 Minutes



  • 2 Scoops (60gms) Nude Whey protein powder 
  • 1 cup Passion Fruit Pulp (or any other fruit you might prefer)
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 can chilled full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil

How to make it:

Step 1:  Peel, chop and freeze the bananas overnight.

Step 2. Cool the coconut milk in the fridge overnight.

Step 3. Remove coconut cream from the fridge without shaking it. Turn the can upside down and open the bottom of the can. Drain the liquid and discard.

Step 4. Place all of the ingredients into a food processor  and blend on high until creamy.

Serve immediately or keep chilled in the fridge.
