Protein Banana Muffins

Try these tasty Nude protein banana muffins for a healthy alternative to the store-bought sugar laden alternative! Muffins can be baked ahead of time and stored in the freezer or enjoyed fresh out of the oven…

Total Time: 30 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 Scoops (60gms) Nude WPC protein powder , or for slow releasing protein overnight, you can also use Nude Casein
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 3 egg whites
  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup plain yoghurt
  • Sugar or honey (to taste – we don't add any but if you like them sweeter you can add 2-3 teaspoons unrefined sugar or honey)

How to make it:

Step 1:  Preheat your oven to 180º Celsius (350º Fahrenheit)

Step 2. Oil muffin try or use muffin cups

Step 3. Place all of the ingredients into a food processor  or blender and blend on high until creamy.

Step 4. Spoon into muffin cups (don't overfill) and bake for 20 minutes

Serve fresh or freeze for future deliciousness!
