- 2 Scoops (60gms) Nude WPC protein powder , or for slow releasing protein overnight, you can also use Nude Casein
- 2 ripe bananas
- 3 egg whites
- 3/4 cup oats
- 1/2 cup plain yoghurt
- Sugar or honey (to taste – we don't add any but if you like them sweeter you can add 2-3 teaspoons unrefined sugar or honey)
How to make it:
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 180º Celsius (350º Fahrenheit)
Step 2. Oil muffin try or use muffin cups
Step 3. Place all of the ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend on high until creamy.
Step 4. Spoon into muffin cups (don't overfill) and bake for 20 minutes
Serve fresh or freeze for future deliciousness!
