
Protein Oatmeal
Oatmeal – a classic breakfast loved by many millions.
But why not spice things up a bit AND get your morning protein boost while enjoying your favourite steamy bowl of oaty-goodness.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups unsweetened apple sauce
- 1 scoop (30gms) Nude Whey protein powder
- 4 tbsp natural chunky almond butter
- 3 tbsp coconut milk
- Cinnamon to taste (optional)
- Dash of freshly grated nutmeg (optional)
- Fresh or dried fruit, nuts (optional)
How to make it:
Combine all ingredients in a small pan over medium heat, stirring often until thoroughly combined and warm. Add fresh or dried fruit and/or nuts for additional texture and flavour.
