Raspberry Chia Protein Smoothie Recipe

This delicious Raspberry and Chia Protein Smoothie recipe replaces banana with raspberries and Chia to thicken the mixture into a rich, creamy consistency. The protein-packed Chia seeds provide a healthy dose of fibre without any added sugar. We always recommend using a low/no-sugar protein powder to prevent spikes in blood sugar and help provide long-lasting energy.

Serves 1

Total time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 scoops Nude Whey protein Concentrate
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.

NUDE TIP:  Mix it up a little with other berries. Your local supermarket sells organic frozen berries very economically. It's important to use organic where ever you can due to high pesticide use in berry production.
