Once you have completed your pre-training questionnaire and our team has selected the best program for you, you will receive an email asking you to setup your training app account. Click the green button inside this email to be taken to the account setup page to enter your details and create a password.

LOGIN AND TAKE PROGRESS PICS
Your training plan starts on the Monday after you have been given access.
Before your first training day, you should login to the app using your email and the password you set in step 1.
You can use the progress pics tool inside the app to record your starting point. This will show you how far you progress during training plan!
GET READY FOR MONDAY!
Your training plan starts on the Monday after you are given access to the app – so you will likely have a couple of days to get ready.
Here is what we suggest you focus on prior to starting your first workout on Monday:
1. Get rid of the bad food. Out of sight = out of mind
Clear the kitchen of all foods that aren't healthy, if those foods are not easily available in your home, you'll eat less of them!
2. Choose your support circle wisely
Some people in your life support you being healthier, and will support your health and fitness journey, while others will be more likely to entice you into bad habits that will negatively impact your progress. Choose you support circle and ensure you spend more time with them over the coming 12 weeks.
4. Make your goals visible
Write down your goals and take your before photos in the app as soon as possible! Make sure you have your goals visible – put them up in your office or fridge or bathroom. This will help keep you motivated.
Once you have downloaded the App and logged in, you can connect with our training team via the in-app messaging. This is the best way to get help or ask any questions.
